Maternal Mental Health Education

Local and international health lecturers are undergoing training in Windhoek focused on Maternal Mental Health Education and Care in Sub-Saharan Africa. One Africa reports that participants include educators from universities in Namibia, Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania, and Finland. The training addresses the pressing need for an additional 239,000 healthcare professionals to effectively manage mental health disorders in the region.
