The European Union has presented a deal to Ukraine for access to its critical materials. The move comes as the Trump administration claims it is close to reaching an agreement with Kyiv for a share of its natural resources in exchange for support against Russia. UN Says DRC Rebels Exported 150 Tons of Coltan to Rwanda
