IPC MP Questions Independence of Anti-Corruption Commission.

Independent Patriots for Change MP John-Louw Mouton has raised concerns over the impartiality of the Anti-Corruption Commission. In an interview, Mouton argued that because the president nominates candidates and the ruling party dominates Parliament, the system effectively allows the ruling party to appoint its preferred director, undermining the independence of the ACC.
