Shifeta Says Budget Couldn’t Support Nujoma’s Mandatory Youth Training Vision

Environment Minister Pohamba Shifeta says the national budget could not support the late Sam Nujoma’s vision of mandatory national youth training. Shifeta, a former deputy youth minister, recalls being among those assigned by Nujoma to help draft the National Youth Policy.
