Hochul and her team have sued over the order and announced it would continue to collect the tolls until a federal judge tells it to stop. Jody Jacobs has more from New York.

The United Nations says it has reached a major milestone in humanitarian aid deliveries into Gaza. Fu Cong was addressing US president Donald Trump's announcement that he is placing a 10 percent tariff on all imports from China. United Nations humanitarian agencies are warning of a region-wide health emergency following the outbreak of fighting in the city of Goma in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo. While UN agencies report "relative calm" on Wednesday, they say rebel M23 fighters are still in control of "a significant portion of the city".
