In an interview to US magazine Newsweek India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that there's an urgent need to resolve 'abnormal' ties with China. The two countries have been engaged in a border standoff over a disputed frontier for nearly four years now. This is the second time this week Modi has made a reference to tense ties with China ahead of general elections.
