BIPA to Consult Stakeholders on Beneficial Ownership Sanctions Implementation

The Business and Intellectual Property Authority has announced its intention to engage stakeholders in consultations regarding concerns surrounding beneficial ownership sanctions. Business and Intellectual Property Authority Extends Duty Penalty Waiver Program

The Business and Intellectual Property Authority, in collaboration with the Ministry of Trade and Industrialization, has prolonged its annual duty penalty waiver initiative. The program targets eligible registered businesses with accrued penalties for late payment of annual duties. The standard annual duty stands at N$120. Ockert Jansen, BIPA's Executive of Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Client Management Services, made the announcement.
