TotalEnergies Sells Minority Stake in Nigerian Onshore Oil JV for $860 Million

TotalEnergies has sold its 10% stake in the Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited to Mauritius-based Chappal Energies for $860 million says Reuters.
