31 Oshakati informal settlement residents receive title deeds

A total of 31 residents of Onawa in Oshakati have received title deeds as part of the Council's strategic plan for the 2022/23 - 2026/27 period. Spokesperson Katarina Kamari says the need to avail land to ultra-low-income earners, is to uplift and provide them with a pathway to homeownership.
