Speaking at the council’s handover of N$50,000 to KK Palace Football Club on Thursday, Auala emphasized the importance of investing in local sports. Five perish in Oshivelo accident

    The Namibian Police Force (NamPol) has confirmed the death of five people, who died in a motor vehicle accident between Oshivelo and Tsumeb in the early hours of Tuesday morning. Government to relocate displaced Angolan vendors

The government will support displaced minor street vendors from Angola by relocating them from Windhoek to the Ondangwa National Youth Service Centre, where they will receive temporary housing and support. The vendors, previously unseen in February, are reappearing at traffic lights and malls. Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security spokesperson Margaret Kalo.
