Environment Minister Pohamba Shifeta says the national budget could not support the late Sam Nujoma’s vision of mandatory national youth training. Shifeta, a former deputy youth minister, recalls being among those assigned by Nujoma to help draft the National Youth Policy. A lightning strike claimed the lives of 14 cattle in the Kayenda Area, about 23 kilometres from Katima Mulilo earlier this week.
