Elderly couple in Otjiwarongo attacked and robbed

According to police reports, five armed suspects broke into a couple’s home in an industrial area in Otjiwarongo, tied them up, and demanded the keys to their safe. An accident between an Intercape bus and an Iveco passenger bus took place early on Tuesday 6 August, 2024 between Otavi and Otjiwarongo, resulting in multiple casualties.
