EU foreign ministers meet in Brussels

European foreign ministers are meeting in Brussels today, kicking off key discussions as the EU returns from its summer break. This meeting was supposed to happen in Budapest, but the EU boycotted it due to frustrations with Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orbán's self-declared "Peace Mission" earlier this year. United Nations begins withdrawal from DRC

The United Nations peacekeeping mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo is set to pull out 2000 troops from the east of the country by the end of April in the first phase of its withdrawal from the DRC. Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa.
