Blinken tells Israel civilian toll in Gaza far too high

The AFP news agency reports that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says Israel must stop undercutting the ability of Palestinians to govern themselves. Following a meeting Tuesday with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Blinken called on Israel to ease the toll on civilians in Gaza.
