DRC leader rejects talks with M23 rebels

The President of the Democratic Republic of Congo has rejected calls to hold talks with the M23 rebels who are in control of several territories in the east of the DRC. Meanwhile, fighting between the Congolese army and the rebels has intensified. Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa.
