A pensioner in Ou-Cordon allegedly raped granddaughter

A 62-year-old man was arrested on Thursday for allegedly raping his 8-year-old granddaughter on two occasions at Ou-Cordon village, in Mankumpi Constituency in the Kavango West region. The incident that was reported yesterday happened at around 20h00, and the minors' mother reported the incident to the police. Elderly couple in Otjiwarongo attacked and robbed

According to police reports, five armed suspects broke into a couple’s home in an industrial area in Otjiwarongo, tied them up, and demanded the keys to their safe. Ten Bodies Recovered After Fuel Tanker Explosion in Kampala

A fuel tanker explosion in Kampala, Uganda, resulted in the recovery of ten bodies, according to a Reuters witness. The tanker overturned around 3:00 PM local time in the Kigoogwa suburb, located on the northern outskirts of the city along the road connecting Kampala to Gulu. Police confirmed that several individuals may have lost their lives, and others sustained injuries in the incident.
