ART Defaults Rise Amid Clinic Closures countrywide 

Healthcare providers are raising the alarm as a growing number citizens default on their antiretroviral treatment due to the closure of community clinics and dwindling donor funding. Edward Shivute, Project Manager at the Walvis Bay Corridor Group, says nearly 30% of ART clients have not been traced since services shut down, putting lives at risk.
