  The Delimitation and Demarcation Commission, chaired by acting judge Petrus Unengu, has rejected proposals for creating new regions. Instead, they will implement 7 regional boundary adjustments, 10 new constituencies, and 61 constituency boundary changes. Two constituencies will also be renamed.
