Johannesburg Metro Confirms Lilian Ngoyi Street Project 22% Complete After Delays

  The Johannesburg metro has confirmed that the Lilian Ngoyi Street rehabilitation project in the CBD is 22-percent complete - a year after a devastating explosion.
