SANDF Chief Reaffirms Peacekeeping Role in DRC Amid Kagame’s Claims

  South African Defence Force chief, Rudzani Maphwanya, has reaffirmed that SANDF troops in the Democratic Republic of Congo are on a peacekeeping mission, countering Rwandan president Paul Kagame’s claims.
