Tesla CEO Elon Musk has just completed a successful trip to China, to get permission to sell his car company's Full Self-Driving technology. His trip comes just after Secretary of State Anthony Blinken's visit in a bid to improve communication and relieve tensions between China and the U.S. Caroline Malone reports.
