Lightning Strike Kills 14 Cattle Near Katima Mulilo

A lightning strike claimed the lives of 14 cattle in the Kayenda Area, about 23 kilometres from Katima Mulilo earlier this week.   Typhoon Usagi has swept through the north of the Philippines and is heading towards Taiwan. Authorities warned the storm could cause widespread flooding and landslides, with Usagi being the fifth typhoon in a month to hit the archipelago nation. Laura Westbrook reports.
