UN Accuses Israel of Deliberate Attack on Peacekeeping Site in Southern Lebanon

  The United Nations has accused the Israeli army of intentionally destroying a watchtower and fence at one of its peacekeeping sites in southern Lebanon. This incident is part of a series of recent attacks on peacekeeping bases, as Israel's military continues to pressure the UN peacekeepers to leave their positions along the Blue Line.
