  A deadly winter storm is dumping buckets of snow across the east coast of North America. Storm Blair has triggered a state of emergency for millions of people in seven U.S states. The nation's capital, Washington DC, is under a blanket of powder, with the city's mayor warning of "dangerously low" temperatures throughout Monday. From there, Benji Hyer reports.
