South West Africa People's Organization's Secretary General Sophia Shaningwa warned those allegedly targeting presidential candidate Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah to stop interfering, calling her “chosen by God and by men.” Speaking at a SWAPO rally in Otjiwarongo, Shaningwa dismissed rumors of Nandi-Ndaitwah fainting, urging an end to negative predictions about her health. Deputy Secretary General Uahekua Herunga reassured supporters that Nandi-Ndaitwah is in good health.
