Telecom Namibia says it is aware of a statement circulating on social media alleging irregularities linked to a mobile banking transaction involving one of its mobile numbers. Acting Head of Corporate Communication and Public Relations, Ndapewa Neshila, says the company is treating the claims seriously and is working with internal teams and external partners, including banks, to fully investigate the matter.
