IATA introduces documentation system for contactless travel experience
The International Air Transport Association has rolled out Timatic AutoCheck, a new travel documentation system for contactless travel and improved passenger experience. It automates document checks with personalised instructions, making immigration information easily accessible. IATA says that with passenger traffic expected to double by 2040, streamlining airport processes becomes important.
