Windhoek Traffic Officers Issue Over 1,100 Fines in December, Speeding Tops Offenses

In December, traffic officers in Windhoek recorded a total of 1,108 fines, as per statistics furnished by The City of Windhoek to The Namibian. The most prevalent offenses included speeding violations, accounting for 171 fines, followed closely by disregarding road signs.
