The ANC has obtained ownership of the uMkhonto we Sizwe trademark amid a legal dispute with the MK Party. According to News24, documents from the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission indicates that the trademark, previously held by Legacy Projects, is now 'assigned' to the ANC. Legacy Projects director Rapitse Montsho clarified the transfer process, affirming the ANC's ownership.

S.A’s MK Party to March on Electoral Commission To Demand Removal of Commissioner Amid Zuma List Controversy

The MK-party in S.A says it plans to march to the Electoral Commission's offices in Centurion on Friday. The country's Electoral Commission last week turned to the Constitutional Court in a bid to try and keep former president Jacob Zuma off the party's parliamentary list. MK spokesperson Nhlamulo Ndhlela says they want IEC commissioner Janet Love removed, citing allegations of bias and misconduct:
