The United Nations Human Rights chief warns of a "dramatically deteriorating" situation in the occupied West Bank. Speaking on Tuesday at the opening of the Human Rights Council sitting, Volker Türk said there are rising attacks against Palestinians as well as the targeting of Israeli soldiers.
