U.S. to Provide $5 Million in Aid for Drought Relief

U.S. Ambassador Randy Berry announced a $5 million aid package from the U.S. Agency for International Development to support Namibian communities affected by drought. US Embassy Donates N$20 Million Mobile ICU to Walvis Bay State Hospital

The Ministry of Health and Social Services received a N$20 million mobile intensive care unit for Walvis Bay State Hospital from the US Embassy. The five-bed facility, stocked with N$ 600,000 worth of medicine, can serve the local population and be deployed to other locations during medical crises.
