Tech billionaire Elon Musk has announced that he will give away one million dollars each day to registered voters in battleground American states. It immediately drew scrutiny from election law experts who said the sweepstakes could violate laws against paying people to register. Musk promised to award one million dollars randomly to people who have signed a petition in support of the First and Second Amendments.
