U.S. suspends intel and weapons supplies to Ukraine

The U.S. has cut off some intelligence sharing with Ukraine and suspended weapons supplies in a bid to get Kyiv to the negotiating table with Russia. CIA Director John Ratcliffe announced the move on Wednesday on Fox Business. Caroline Malone reports.
