Namibia ratifies ILO convention on workers with family responsibilities

ILO Conference, Geneva (Photo: International Labour Organisation) Namibia has officially ratified the International Labour Organisation’s (ILO) Convention 156, aimed at protecting workers with family responsibilities. Ambassador Julia Imene-Chanduru said the move strengthens Namibia’s commitment to gender equality and the promotion of family-friendly workplace policies.
