The National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa says it supports the calls made by minister of International Relations and Co-operation, Naledi Pandor, that Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu must be charged with war crimes. South Africa has filed a referral to the International Criminal Court for an investigation into alleged war crimes committed by Israel in Gaza. Numsa’s spokesperson, Phakamile Hlubi-Majola, says it continues to be shocked by the barbaric genocidal attacks unleashed by Israel on Palestinians in Gaza.
