Minister links loss of votes for Swapo to Gender-Based Violence impact

The Minister of Gender Equality, Poverty Eradication, and Social Welfare Doreen Sioka says Swapo is losing votes due to the impact of gender-based violence. Sioka urged fellow ministers to address and condemn GBV. We contacted Gender and Human Rights Activist Charlemaine Husselmann for her reaction.
