If you’re heading to the Olympics in Paris next year, you’ll need a QR code

The Paris police chief says that a QR code will be needed by some people moving around Paris next summer during the Olympics. The Associated Press reports that that was the message from organisers of the Paris Olympics on Wednesday as they sought to reassure the French capital’s residents that security measures and traffic restrictions won’t make their lives nightmarish during the 26 July to 11 August 2024 event and the Paralympic Games that follow.
