South Africa’s Presidency has released a comprehensive report detailing the implementation of actions outlined in president Cyril Ramaphosa’s response to the recommendations of the Judicial Commission of Inquiry into allegations of State Capture. The report includes information on each of the 60 actions, highlighting cases now in court resulting from the commission’s investigations. The Presidency emphasised the commitment to transparency and keeping South Africans informed about the executive’s efforts to implement the Zondo commission’s recommendations.
