Fed leaves rates unchanged, signals cuts in 202

The US Federal Reserve has left interest rates unchanged, but signaled it plans to make three rate cuts next year. It follows an intense 21 months of rate hikes to try and get inflation under control. Nick Harper reports from Washington.
