Appeal court hears case on whether Trump has immunity in election interference case

Judges in Washington DC’s appeals court have questioned arguments made by Donald Trump’s lawyers that he is immune from prosecution. They’ve not yet made a ruling but even once they do, the case is likely to go to the Supreme Court, all while Trump campaigns for re-election. Caroline Malone reports.
