Zee says it can go to tribunal to enforce Sony merger deal

India’s Zee Entertainment says it can ask a tribunal to enforce a $10 billion merger with Sony’s Indian unit, which was planned but later scrapped by Sony. Sony walked away from the deal two weeks ago, claiming breaches of contract. Rebecca Bundhun reports from Mumbai.
