President of the Democratic Republic of Congo appoints former planning minister as the country’s Prime Minister

The President of the Democratic Republic of Congo has appointed the former planning minister, Judith Suminwa as the country’s Prime Minister ending months of leadership uncertainty. Ms Suminwa has become the country’s first female premier. Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa.
