The Namibia Security Workers Union (NASWU) is demanding inclusion in the security labor forum organized by the Security Association of Namibia (SAN). NASWU’s national organizer, Miguel Paulus, told News One that SAN’s exclusion of their union is hindering discussions on a potential minimum wage increase for security guards.
