Reports Indicate India and China Have expanded nuclear weapon stockpile

India and China are expanding their nuclear warheads according to Swedish defense think tank SIPRI. Stockholm International Peace Research Institute says India added eight new nuclear warheads to its arsenal – while China added 90 in the past one year. Ishan Garg has more.
