Police probe stampede after 116 killed in Indian religious event

Police teams are investigating the role of organisers after 116 people were killed in a stampede at a religious event in northern India. Officials say organisers had permission to host 80,000 people but there were likely more than 200,000 at the event. Neha Poonia has more.
