India to unveil its first budget since Modi returned to power

India is unveiling its first budget under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s third term. Mr Modi has promised to focus on increasing savings for the middle class and more government spending and tax cuts are also on the table. Rebecca Bundhun reports from Mumbai.
