South African Democratic Teachers’ Union concerned about the increasing attacks on schools and principals

The South African Democratic Teachers’ Union says it is concerned about the increasing attacks on schools, principals, and teachers by community structures. Schools have reopened for the third term. In Limpopo alone, four schools were robbed and vandalised during the holidays, resulting in damages costing thousands of rands. June Commodity Prices Surge Across Namibia

In June, the Namibia Statistics Agency reported significant price increases for basic commodities. Transport costs rose by 8.3%, coffee, tea, and cocoa by 14.4%, and fruit 13.4%.
