Modi’s party loses in Kashmir, wins in North Indian state Haryana

India’s opposition parties say they suspect foul play after Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s BJP party swept regional elections in a North Indian state. However, the BJP lost in the Indian administered Jammu and Kashmir region where local polls were held after 10 years. From India, our Ishan Garg tells us more.
