Security forces launch investigation after militants kill 7 in Kashmir

Seven people have been killed by militants in the Indian administered Kashmir in what the government is calling a cowardly terror attack. The motive of the killers is not yet known but officials say an investigation is underway to track down the perpetrators. Here’s Ishan Garg telling us more from New Delhi.
