Harris calls Trump following election loss

US presidential candidate Kamala Harris has phoned Donald Trump to congratulate him on his election victory. It comes as the Democratic challenger speaks to supporters in Washington DC at the end of her failed presidential bid. Nick Harper reports from Washington.
